Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
