Lee's Summit Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

You will assess patients at admission and each shift, administer medications, document care, respond to requests, and educate families. ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within the stated timeframes, and RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified timelines.
• Active RN license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and shifts, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond to patient requests and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure quality outcomes.
