Qualifications

• Current RN license in state or compact
• BLS certification preferred before direct patient care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient assessments and care plans
• Administer medications safely per policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
• Educate patients and families about care plans
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for quality improvement
