Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• Current RN licensure in the state
• BLS and/or ACLS (preferred at hire; ACLS within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop plans of care
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policy
• Other duties as assigned
