Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a New-to-Practice Stepdown RN for the overnight shift (7:00pm – 7:30am) in Ohio. The role partners with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process, from assessment to evaluation, while supporting patients and families.

New grads are welcome; licensed RNs must meet state requirements and be ready to contribute to patient safety and care coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice or compact state.
• BSN preferred by the listing.
• New-to-practice candidates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete patient assessments and develop/maintain care plans.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
