Qualifications

• ADN required.
• RN license in ND, upon hire.
• BLS/CPR required, upon hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and others to understand needs and plan care.
• Provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Promotes patient independence by teaching care goals, medications, and self‑care skills.
• Adheres to therapeutic standards and ensures quality of care; monitors outcomes and makes adjustments as needed.
• Resolves patient problems using multidisciplinary team approaches.
• Follows infection control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
