Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. The RN will perform assessments, procedures, and care planning while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (ND license on hire) with CPR and PALS within 90 days; BSN and 1 year of experience are preferred. Sign-on bonus and relocation support are available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations

We are offering a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Required

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), 1 year of experience in the discipline.
