Qualifications

• RN licensure in IL
• BLS certification within 30 days - AHA
• Education: College Diploma Nursing
• Work Experience: RN > 1yr

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific nursing duties
• Maintains up-to-date nursing documentation
• Completes initial patient assessments and plans of care
• Implements care plans and nursing interventions
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to precautions
• Delivers medications following the 5 Rights
• Responds to call lights promptly and triages requests
