Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across multiple units in a hospital setting. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include an active Arizona RN license, BLS, and unit-specific certifications such as EKG competency and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire (Pediatrics)
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire (ICU/CCU, ED, CV sections)
• NRP/STA B L E and fetal monitoring courses as required by unit

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under physician direction and in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act
• Utilize the nursing process for ongoing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Maintain standards of care, safety precautions and patient confidentiality
• Coordinate with nursing personnel to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction
• Support orientation and training of new staff as needed
