Brown University Health seeks a registered nurse to implement, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for patients under the Clinical Manager, across the lifespan and with attention to aging and cultural patterns.

Role includes directing patient care, leading teams, discharge planning, patient education, quality improvement, and serving as a preceptor to new staff in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
• Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge and skills to provide care across the life span with aging processes and cultural patterns.

• Provides direct patient care.
• Provides leadership by delegating, supervising and participating in safe nursing care activities.
• Evaluates effectiveness of patient care and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team, patient, family and community services regarding patient care outcomes/discharge planning.

Formazione

Current RN license in Rhode Island

Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred
