Jefferson Health in Cherry Hill, New Jersey seeks a registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop plans of care with patients and designated care partners, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs and aligning with cultural beliefs and values.

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and act as a primary preceptor as appropriate.

Competenze

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN strongly preferred or an advanced degree within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Ability to use information systems for documentation and care coordination.
