Jefferson Health in Cherry Hill, New Jersey seeks a professional nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans with patients and care partners, addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs while honoring cultural beliefs and values.

Responsibilities include collaborating with inter-professional teams, educating patients and families, ensuring safe medication administration, discharge planning, and ongoing quality

Competenze

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN or advanced degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in acute care strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of patient-and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication, clinical judgment, and health information documentation are required.
