Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with diverse patients and families.
• Effective communication with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to assess patients and develop care plans.
• Ability to educate patients and families on conditions and care.
• Knowledge of medications and post-discharge needs.
• Discharge planning and follow-up coordination.
• Knowledge of health information documentation.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• RN licensed in New Jersey.
