Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide comprehensive care to adult patients with medical and surgical conditions. You will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor status, and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate holds an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active RN license, and BLS certification. ACLS is preferred or required depending on facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions and identify changes requiring intervention.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and other prescribed interventions safely.
• Provide wound care, post-operative care, and assistance with activities of daily living as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
