Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks an RN - Med Surg to provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients with medical and surgical conditions. You will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor status, and coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team.

Candidates should have an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, an active RN license, and BLS; ACLS as required. 1–2 years of med-surg experience preferred, wound care and education duties included.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1–2 years of medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Active RN license is required; BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions and identify changes requiring intervention.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and other prescribed interventions safely.
• Provide wound care, post-operative care, and assistance with activities of daily living as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
