Job summary

USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital in Texas is seeking a full-time RN for the Medical/Surgical Nights unit. The Post Surgical Unit RN coordinates care for post-surgical patients, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs in Texas with at least 1 year in Med/Surg or ICU, BLS and ACLS. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• At least one (1) year experience as an RN in Medical/Surgical or ICU.
• RN, current in the State of Texas.
• BLS, ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care for post-surgical patients.
• Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care per standards and Joint Commission/state/federal rules.
• Respond to patients and provide Medical Screening Exam as delegated.
