Job summary

Lifepoint Health in Athens, Tennessee is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg team. The role includes night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with rotating weekends. Candidates will receive a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus if qualified.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree, with a BSN preferred, and certifications in BLS and PALS. Responsibilities include performing assessments, establishing care plans, and supervising staff. Join us in making communities healthier!

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee or Compact State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establish a plan of care appropriate to identified problems.
• Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during the shift.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
