HonorHealth's John C Lincoln - 250 E Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020 is seeking an RN for the Medical/Surgical Unit-6E-Neuro Care. Night shift, full time; new graduates may apply and will provide direct patient care, including stroke care protocols, medication administration, and care planning with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and evidence-based practice, with opportunities for professional growth in a major Arizona nonprofit health system.

Competenze

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.
• Bachelors in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• RN license in Arizona required.

Mansioni

• Assess patient data and develop a care plan that is family-centered and evidence-based.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor patient progress.
