Hedrick Medical Center in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN to join the Med Surg team. This Full Time Night shift offers 12-hour shifts and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care.

The RN will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating tasks, and supervising other staff while coordinating care with the health team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri (NURSYS) required.
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and utilize the nursing process.
• Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of patients.
