Formación

• Current New Hampshire RN license.
• BSN degree preferred for this role.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA) required.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers data via history and physical assessment to plan and implement patient care.
• Develops and revises the care plan based on patient needs.
• Documents patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge care.
• Manages time and resources to deliver patient care.
• Administers medications.
• Provides direct patient care and leads the health care team.
• Performs job-specific duties as assigned.
