Concord Hospital Health System in New Hampshire seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations in a safe, therapeutic environment. The RN collaborates with the care team, documents progress and adapts plans as patient needs evolve.

The ideal candidate holds NH RN licensure (BSN preferred), is BLS certified, and has at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with NH Board of Nursing licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Apply purposeful, organized thinking to clinical judgments.
• Gather data from history and physical assessments to plan care.
• Develop and revise the care plan to meet patient needs.
• Document care and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Direct and supervise others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teach patients and families about the plan of care.

• Administer medications and provide direct patient care.
• Lead the health care team and serve as resource person.
• Precept new employees.
