Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain accountability for nursing duties, and coordinate care with other departments. The role emphasizes patient rights, confidentiality, and alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Ideal candidates have an RN license in the hiring state or a compact license and hold an approved nursing education credential. Relevant certifications (BLS and others) may be required based on the unit.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; maintain requirements.
• Certifications may be required based on position/unit (see list).
• Basic Life Support certification or course completion within 30 days of hire.
• Other unit-specific certifications as required.
