Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• May require ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCCCPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM or other unit certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments; maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
