Qualifications

- BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
- Six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency Program at Hackensack Meridian Health.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, teamwork, ongoing education, and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
- Perform assessments and data collection across patients and conditions.
- Develop and coordinate patient-centered care plans.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Document care and administer medications using current bar-scanning tech.
- Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning.
- Identify ethical issues and opportunities to improve patient satisfaction.
