Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Supervises CNAs, assigns work, trains staff, and ensures quality of care.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure best care.
