Qualifications

• RN license (IDFPR)
• BLS within 30 days (AHA)

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessment and develop plan of care per unit standards.
• Implement nursing interventions and care procedures.
• Document nursing care in EMR with accuracy.
• Maintain patient safety and assist with admissions/discharges.
• Communicate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
