Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse to assess and care for patients, administer medications, and coordinate with doctors and staff. You will develop care plans, document care, educate patients, and promote safety within a collaborative team. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.

Current RN license and CPR/BLS certification within 90 days. ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required per unit.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN is required upon hire; BSN is preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice and CPR/BLS certification within 90 days.
• Other certifications (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP) may be required per unit.

Responsabilidades

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques and policies.
• Documents care according to standards of care.
• Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to improve patient care.
• Escalates patient safety concerns through the chain of command.
