Mercy Health is seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse for Fairfield Hospital. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop care plans to improve patient outcomes. This role supports evenings/nights with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Requires state RN licensure and one year of RN experience; BSN preferred. BLS is preferred upon hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS. Mercy Health offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Competenze

• One year of RN experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current state RN license.
• BLS preferred upon hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Mansioni

• Collect vital signs and administer IV medications; monitor patient status.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
