Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate care in a clinical setting, working night shifts with a 36-hour week. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN required; BSN preferred. Wisconsin RN licensure and CPR/BLS within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice; CPR/BLS certification within 90 days; unit requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team to care for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies and standards.
• Documents according to standards of care and performs assessments, planning and evaluation of care.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and supports the patient’s longitudinal plan of care.
