Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking an RN to provide safe, high‑quality nursing care in a 36‑hour weekly, day shift. You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN required and BSN preferred. State RN licensure and CPR/BLS within 90 days are required, with opportunity for certification reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice; CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Professional nursing practice and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies and state laws.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Conducts assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Develops and executes patient care plans with Physician guidance.
