Atrium Health Lincoln Med Surg Unit is hiring a Registered Nurse to join a 30-bed unit serving varied patient populations. You will collaborate with hospitalists and the broader care team to deliver safe, high-quality care, manage medications, IVs, dressings, and documentation.

The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with BSN preferred and RN licensure in the state.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the state(s) of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
