Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state or compact licensure.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations.
• Understand nursing process and patient care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures and participates in care planning.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in code team activities.
• Educates patients and families; ensures infection control and safety.
