Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in clinical nursing or student rotations in acute care.

• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care following nursing processes and protocols.
• Assess patients, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Collaborate to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety through standard practices.
