Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure and active CPR certification required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred (see facility guidelines)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Documents patient care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects per standards of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and health-care teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as needed.
