Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, NM is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and up to $20,000 in student loan repayment for full-time roles.

As a Med/Surg RN, you will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with physicians and staff, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Requires RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Experience with acute care nursing is desirable.
• Proficient in patient assessment and documentation.
• Ability to operate and monitor medical equipment safely.
