Job summary

Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, NM, is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for day shift with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. The RN will deliver patient-centered critical care, coordinate care with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and adhere to evidence-based protocols in a fast-paced unit.

Candidates should hold an RN license, have 0-2 years' experience in acute care, and be prepared to manage ventilated patients, administer medications, and participate in life-support

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and current in U.S. states.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing in acute care preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement plans.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR and code team participation.
• Educate patients and families and document care thoroughly.
• Maintain infection control standards and patient safety.
