Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Prior ICU or critical care exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered ICU care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Document patient care thoroughly in the medical record.
