• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• 1 year of RN experience in a medical/surgical or critical care setting.
• BSN or ADN; if ADN, BSN must be completed within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and interpret data.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on assessments.
• Provide patient and family-centered care and education.
• Document care activities and coordinate with care teams.
