Job summary

Candidates must hold Oklahoma RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification, with ACLS within a year. The role involves meticulous documentation, safety and infection control, and collaboration to support superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires Oklahoma RN licensure.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• CPR certification and current BLS.
• ACLS preferred within one year.
• ICU and/or ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor outcomes.
• Document care plans and nursing notes.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and chart accuracy.
• Prepare patients for scheduled procedures.
