Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports patient status and needs.
• Answers call lights and attends to or reports needs.
• Obtains weights and vital signs and reports results.
• Performs glucometer testing and reports results.
• Transports patients via wheelchair or stretcher as required.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly environment.
• Documents accurately on all records as instructed.
