Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Current RN license in the State of Texas.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification within first 90 days.
• NIHSS certification within first 90 days.
• PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe patient assessments and reassessments per policy.
• Assess and reassess pain; educate patient and family on pain management.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide nursing care within licensure.
• Ensure patient safety and age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
• Document accurately and communicate with the care team.
