Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg unit at West Hospital. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patient status, and implement comprehensive care plans to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• One year of RN experience required.
• ACLS or BLS certification as applicable; state RN licensure current.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer medications, monitor patient status.
• Evaluate and adjust plans of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Administer medications safely according to Mercy Health policies.
• Provide care for patients with medical and surgical diagnoses.
