Job summary

Mercy in Pittsburg, KS seeks an RN MedSurg to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor complex conditions, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.

You will educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, discharge needs, and promote safety and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the respective state.
• Hospital Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to monitor and respond to complex clinical conditions.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams.
