Job summary

DRH Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and DRH policies. The RN will act as a leader in collaborative decision-making, patient safety, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills including email and IT navigation.
• Ability to use Electronic Health Record information tools.

Responsibilities

• Restores and promotes patient’s health by performing the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identifies patient care needs and provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Educates patients and families using appropriate resources.
• Administers medications and treatments per state law and regulations.
• Documents care timely and accurately; maintains patient confidentiality.
