Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is hiring full-time Med/Surg RNs for day and night shifts (12 hours each). The RN will assess and plan nursing care, supervise care delivery, and evaluate patient responses. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with TX RN license and BLS required. BSN preferred.

Six to twelve months of inpatient Med/Surg experience. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for qualifying full-time roles. Shifts are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• TX RN license and BLS required.
• Six to twelve months of inpatient med/surg experience.
• Eligible for RN Preceptorship program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Lead and supervise care delivery on the unit.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans as needed.
