Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, is hiring full-time Med/Surg RNs for day and night 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying full-time candidates.

The RN will assess patients, plan and coordinate care, and evaluate outcomes, with opportunities to advance in a Magnet-designated hospital. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Texas RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse with Texas license and BLS.
• BSN preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs on the unit and plan nursing care including physical and psychosocial aspects.
• Lead plan implementation and supervise subordinate personnel when required.
• Evaluate patient response and document outcomes.
