UPMC is seeking a dynamic Clinician with progressive leadership experience to balance bedside practice with leadership duties. The role supports staff development, unit operations, and team success across two 12-hour shifts plus two flexible leadership shifts, Monday through Friday, with no holiday or weekend requirements.

The Clinician will supervise staff, conduct evaluations, participate in hiring, and lead education and practice enhancements.

Formación

• Nurse leader with bedside clinical experience.
• Ability to develop and coach staff and leaders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains productive relationships and mentors teams.
• Uses performance improvement tools to improve care and safety.
• Mentors staff, acts as preceptor for nurses and onboarding.
• Aligns nursing practice with unit goals and system priorities.
• Applies Relationship Based Care and nursing process in care delivery.
• Leads or participates in quality improvement and staff evaluations.
