Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care on Med/Surg Observation unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using nursing process
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and therapies per protocols with accurate documentation
• Maintain safety, evidence-based practice, and professional governance involvement
• Be flexible to float to other units as needed and support teamwork
