Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the AMC Sheboygan County Med Surg unit in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers a 30-hour work week with a 12-hour shift schedule (19:07) and every third weekend, every other holiday.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state(s) where care is provided; multi-state license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; communicates with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans; documents in the EHR and coordinates with the care team.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
