Qualifications

• Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
• Active RN license in state(s) of practice; BLS certification
• Experience with electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans accordingly.
